I swear this happened two more times and the shipped replacement parts looked damaged, the holes didn't not line up to put together, even the felt was a different color. Then, finally the company stated they were using a new manufacturer and would send me an entirely new jewelry armoire. Well after approximately a month of shipping new parts I received the new item. I am not entirely unsatisfied with the product, but it isn't and wasn't worth the time wasted and money spent. I would not recommend this product. The customer service was excellent however. I love how it has sections everywhere for your jewelry it is neatly organized and easy to find. The drawers and sides open very nicely and I love having my jewelry on display to pick and choose from each day. I love it.
